Appointments

Appointments are available for all regular visit types (Gynecology check-ups, physicals, STI check without symptoms, medication refills, illness, injuries, etc). 

  • Appointments must be scheduled before entering the building.

    • The Scheduling Office can be reached Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8–11:45 a.m. and 12:45–4:50 p.m.; Tuesday 8:30–11:45 a.m. and 12:45–4:50 p.m.

Safety Precautions for patients and staff include:

  • You must wear a mask if:
    • You are seeking medical attention for respiratory symptoms or treatment of Covid-19, or have a fever
    • Someone in your household has Covid-19
    • After a COVID-19 infection where isolation is complete, but a mask is still recommended per CDC guidelines

Additional notes about Health Services:

  • The Pharmacy at Olin has closed. Visit pharmacy.msu.edu to learn how to get refills, fill prescriptions, have prescriptions delivered, etc.
  • Payments can be made by credit card in the Cashier's Office. Credit card payments can also be made online through the MyMSUHealth patient portal or by calling (800) 964-3968. Checks can be mailed to the address on the paper bill.
  • Physical Therapy services are available by appointment, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Laboratory services are available on a drop-in basis 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Testing for COVID-19 is based on CDC and Health Department guidelines, and specimen collection is done at Olin, or referred elsewhere, on a case-by-case basis.
  • New appointments for free and anonymous HIV testing at Olin are currently unavailable.
