For some types of primary care and gynecology care, you may now book an appointment online. See below for examples of when to schedule online. For all other reasons, call (517) 353-4660 to make an appointment. Must be 18 years of age or older to book an appointment online.

Once you click into the online scheduling environment, please do not change any of the information in the "Visit Type" or "Location" drop-down menus.
Simply choose the provider you would like to see by clicking "View Full Schedule".
Please book a primary care appointment if you are experiencing acute illness, such as cough, congestion, or sore throat; an acute injury such as a sprained ankle or acute knee pain; or would like a sexually transmitted infection screening and are not experiencing any symptoms.
If you have a head injury, must call (517) 353-4660 to make appointment.
Please book a gynecology appointment if you are experiencing acute illness such as vaginal, urinary, or pelvic symptoms; birth control consult; birth control refill; annual exam; sexually transmitted infection testing.
